Custom Large Air Cylinder Storage Racks

Order any size rack in either vertical or horizontal style. Systems can be ordered with cylinders and all hardware supplied at pressures up to 6000psi. Air Control panels can be customized for the most demanding applications. Racks can be designed for slide-in vehicle mounting.

Custom heavy-duty steel floor storage racks can be ordered in any combination to meet cylinder storage requirements. Racks can be floor or wall mounted. Two heavy gauge chains with snap hooks are supplied for each row of cylinders.

Air Cylinder Transport PAKS

LIFT-PAK™ is designed for ease of lifting and securing multiple air cylinders. LIFT-PAK™ can be supplied complete with a respirator regulator, manifold, safety relief valve, low pressure alarm whistle, hardware, and cylinders. The LIFT-PAK™ frame has a center lift hook and is manufactured with heavy gauge steel or aluminum. All LIFT-PAK™ units are made to order on a custom basis.

AQTCOO2KIT

The Model AQTCOO2KIT Cylinder Test Kit was designed to rapidly test rented cylinder's breathing air quality before use and obtain an immediate and accurate Oxygen (O₂) and Carbon Monoxide (CO) reading for blended high pressure cylinder air. The meter requires two 9-volt batteries for operation and is supplied with a 10 foot high pressure hose, 5000 psi regulator, and a universal CGA-347hand tight cylinder connector.

Cascade Cylinder Fill Assemblies

Air Systems' cascade fill assemblies are used for refilling either 2216 or 4500psi SCBA cylinders. Fill assemblies include a 5 ft. high pressure fill whip with gauge, universal hand-tight nut, on/off and bleed valve. Cylinder connecting whips are supplied with a CGA stem, nut, and tee assembly. Additional cylinder connecting whips can be added to the assemblies for multiple or extended SCBA fill capacity.
